Guidelines for submission of abstracts

Please note that the deadline for proposals has already passed.

The deadline for abstract submission has been moved to 11 November 2009.

Please read the guidelines below before submitting your abstract.

• All congress participants who will give a presentation, i.e. all participants of a panel with the exception of chairs and discussants, are requested to submit their abstracts individually. (Abstracts for the panels as such are not requested.)

• Submission of abstracts is only possible through the online form accessable through the link below. All abstracts have to be written in English even if the presentation will be held in another language.

• Authors are responsible for spelling and grammar.

• The abstract title should contain maximum 160 characters.

• The abstract text should contain maximum 200 words.

• Authors presenting abstracts need to register separately to the congress.

Authors can log in to their personal page until the submission deadline and alter or replace their abstract with a more recent version.
